Charity is a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer and business operations consultant expert, with over 14 years of experience in leading organizations to operational excellence. Her expertise spans across financial technology, banking & finance, operations management, operations planning strategy, product development and customer service excellence.
She has worked with several institutions including Angala Fintech, Airopay, Zenith Bank, Spring Bank (now Heritage Bank) and Intercontinental Bank. She is also the Co-founder and COO of Aquayr Technologies Limited. In 2019, Charity pivoted into the Fintech space and has been at the forefront of driving financial inclusion and providing efficient financial services products for the unbanked and under-served communities.
She has built and structured two Fintech start-ups and was instrumental in growing their customer base and increasing customer retention. With a track record of driving growth and maximizing profitability for start-ups, she is skilled at implementing digital transformation initiatives, optimizing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
She graduated from Igbinedion University, Okada with a BSc in Computer Science and Information Technology, a certified operations specialist from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK, a certified Scrum Master with Scrum.org and an alumnus of the Nigerian Institute of Management. She is a leader and a mentor who is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration for young aspiring individuals in the Fintech space. When she is not working, Charity can be found reading books, watching movies, traveling or working out at the gym.
