Professional Experience:
Prior to his journey into entrepreneurship, Goodness Aula held critical roles in multinational organizations ranked among the world’s top 10 oilfield service companies. At PetroFac – Offshore Capital Projects and PetroFac – Plant Asset Management, his global experience spans projects in the Middle East, including Abu Dhabi, Iraq and Qatar, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse environments and cultures. With his extensive project management experience, he has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of landmark projects globally. Notable among these are the Satah Al Razboot Field Development Project in Abu Dhabi, the Gazprom Neft Badra Oil Field Development Project in Iraq, the North Field Development LNG Phase in Qatar and the Shat Al Basra 10X128MW Power Plant in Iraq.
Embodying an entrepreneurial spirit, Goodness founded Cainergy Group transforming an idea conceived in a Dubai coffee shop eight years ago into a thriving multi-million-dollar enterprise that currently operates across three countries. Under his leadership, Cainergy Group has developed successful sub-groups such as Cainergy International, SubDrill Services, Cainergy Construction Services, and DataEX Global. These sub-groups are focused on Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Human Capacity Development, turnkey asset development services, drilling, product optimization, marine operations and digital operations, significantly boosting the African economy. By addressing critical sectors and fostering innovation, these businesses have generated employment for thousands of professionals globally, generated revenue for hundreds of startups worldwide thereby enhancing and stimulating economic growth.
